"I ordered on the Subway app… picked up my sandwiches when I was supposed to. I got back home with my sandwiches and one was the wrong sandwich. I ordered a BLT, but got a BMT and both sandwiches look like they were made AT LEAST 20 mins before pick-up time. They were cold and soggy. I called to tell the girl a sandwich was wrong and I couldn’t go back right then. She told me they could not remedy the issue without me coming back up there… I even took a picture to show them what sandwich I ended up with."

"If I could give this location a 0 I would... It seems like EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here there is always an issue. Whether it be a wrong sandwich they give me or to my order being missing things. This location is very convenient to my work but I will make an additional drive elsewhere for better food and customer service. FYI to the Indian lady who gave me someone else's order and then blamed it on me when I came back to get my correct sandwich, YOU HANDED ME THE SANDWICH. Please do better."

"Go to the other one down the road... No one is hardly at this location when I stop by and I found out why today. I got sick after eating here. This is the second time I’ve been sick. The last time I ate here probably January, I got sick for 2 days. I thought it was a stomach bug going around...yet 4-5 hrs after eating here yesterday, I was in the same boat as was my friend and we had two separate and different sandwiches... here I am today curled up in the bed after getting sick 4x in less than 24hours. This place used to be great with awesome service but service is less than subpar now and the food obviously isn’t stored well. This place has just went down hill."

"Switch from the New Salem Hwy Subway because that place is terrible. This location is AMAZING. I see the same man and woman each time working, and they are the fastest and nicest employees ever when I come in for lunch. Even when they're making mobile orders and multiple walk-in orders, they get it done quick and professionally. I literally look forward to coming here because they run a well oiled machine. The quality of food/ingredients is also the best of all subways in town."
