"Went through drive through. Waited about 5 minutes at the speaker before they let me order. But they got the big order correct and the food was good. It is a newer building."

"When we pulled in from our direction we could see noone was at drive thru window, pulled in 4 vehicles in line for 20 plus minutes but noone was taking peoples orders, finally girl started taking orders, I felt rushed as now I had a car behind me, at window I asked girl if she could add a Burrito Supreme to my order she said no per company rules she couldn't, then said well not company just us it confuses or may confuse the drive thru people, mind you she was the only drive thru person as she had the headset on, so I asked ok here's my card let me pay for that then charge me separately for the burrito Supreme, which she said no I'm not allowed to do that either you'd have to go thru drive thru again. This after waiting as long as we all did was ridiculous and these ppl want 10-15 a hour, when personally I'd fired her on the spot . Won't go back."

"It took about 25 mins for our order to be filled. We just sat around listening to everyone throw temper tantrums about the wait. They are low staffed and we weren't in a hurry. The ladies were all nice as they could possibly be but everyone is always in a hurry. It's around the holidays and this place has had previous problems being understaffed. We understand. Just glad the staff wasn't letting people's attitude bother them."

"I'm glad the $5 box is back. But it seems the customers don't know. We all drifted away while Taco Bell canceled it last time. I'm back. The food is great tasting & a great bargain. But we as customers realize it's pretty cheap to make & there's not a lot of meat in anything they give you. So in an Inflationary time like this, hungry consumers need to find a meal we can afford . Taco Bells $5 box is that bargain ! Advertising as you know, could help bring back those of us who went away for awhile."
