"I will admit that the difference in prices from the mission store in Ripley Tennessee is noticeable. I wish I could say that the experience was good though. On more than one occasion a certain woman that works there has been rude to me and my children. For a person that works in a customer based business, one that is also considered to be a Christian based business, she certainly does not have the proper attitude or business ethic. Customers are a hassle to her. It doesn't say anything good for the business or her personal nature. As a person who has worked in retail for 25 years I know that I would never recommend this store. The prices don't reflect that fact that most everything is donated, and I would for sure let people know about the horrendous customer service."

"I stopped liking this store when they relocated to their current location and hiked the prices. I can find nice clothing here, but the prices on the used items are outrageous. The most expensive items used to just be for their "boutique" items, but not anymore. I can never purchase shoes here because they price them so expensively. If you're looking to spend a lot of money on pre-owned clothing, then this is your store to shop at. Honestly speaking, you're better off traveling to union city, Memphis or Jackson and shopping at Goodwill."
