Employees were very nice but Taco Bell needs to do better for their employees so they don't put them in the predicament with customer paying for something that is not even carried at that particular franchise"

"Spent $90 on dinner for my family tried to call them to make sure my order would be correct sense everytime I order something is messed up. Called 17 times and nobody would answer the phone. Got our food drove 13 miles just to eat there and guess what our 5 year Olds food wasn't there and half my order was wrong."

"After waiting in line for an hour, and specifically asking for unsweetened tea, I get home to discover that they give me sweet tea, when I try to call, the phone goes straight to a recording and cut me off. May not be going back if they can't tell the difference between sweet and unsweetened tea then won't answer the phone. I am hoping that the manager sees this, discusses it with the staff and then reaches out to me to make it right. I am diabetic and when I ask for unsweetened tea, that is what I want! Also, just discovered that they gave me regular Tacos with my combo when it was supposed to come with Taco Supreme. They need to get their act together. Extremely angry right now."
