Wendy's

"Ordered the Panko breaded fish, was overcooked and dry. Suppose to be cooked to order of 6 minutes so hot and fresh. Instead I was handed one that was not. Real disappointing."

"I ordered a 4 for $4 and asked that everything gets cooked fresh since I had time to wait. They reheated beef patties and threw 4 nuggets back into the grease to make them seem freshly cooked. I have years of Wendy’s experience and I knew the tricks. I gave the food back and restated that I asked for fresh food or give me my money back. The manager told me that I can’t get either bc he is sure the food is fresh. Again, I asked for my money back. Again, the manager said no! That’s when I slid the nuggets and bag containing the burger across his face. I wanted to reconstruct his jaw but he was so small I would have handicapped him so I left 2/3/2024"

"My child found this in her kids meal. A decent enough size to see something is wrong, and yet they still gave it to us. Sad."

"Well Franklin did have 2 Wendy's but now one shut down.. we ordered a few things and used door dash to have it delivered.. let's say they for got to put the nuggets in the bag and my Jr Bacon was horrible.. now door dash is closed and we can't even do anything about it.. makes u think twice about using a delivery service.. but when u don't have a car because thereat work every night it's our only option.. But look at this burger that's y places shut down cause people pay good money and get this."

"We ordered from the self service tablet. When order arrived was told Dr Pepper/Sprite was out.wife went to the truck stop to get it. When seated I removed our food noticed no hot sauce for chili I'd asked for when ordering. So went to ask for... sorry we're out. Sat back down to eat noticed several booths dirty and the condiments counter dirty with trash. There was noone else in the dining area. On the way out I noticed a chicken nugget under a table. I hadn't had Wendy's in quite awhile.I remember why now. This Wendy's is trash."
