"This time the food was terrible,fries very very heavily coated with salt and barely warm, burger was burnt crunchy on edges,there was mustard and onion and lettuce on burger,all I wanted was cheese and ketchup. Very disappointed, will stick with burger king or hardees. I had coupons,think that's why I didn't get any quality 2/20/24 around 330pm"

"My daughter and I went through the Drive thru at store #5361 late after a school event. There was only 2 workers, busy and they were having network problems (card readers down). Cristy was so nice, calm and fast! She made the trip well worth it and we need more of her in the stores!!"

"We ate at Wendy's at Exit 122 last night in Clinton, TN. My Girlfriend ordered a Plain Baked Potato, and I got a Dave's Single with Cheese. Let me say that based on a previous experience at a different Location of a Wendy's in Knoxville, it was nice that the Clinton Wendy's did have Baked Potatoes. The lady who took our order at the drive-thru was very polite, friendly & helpful."
