"I always use the app when ordering, so I never have to wait for my food. The lemon pepper traditional wings are amazing, along with the Cajun corn. I always pay extra for all flats. The front counter workers are nice and eager to help."
"Every time we order from there the wings barely have any sauce on them. One employee that works there tries her best to make sure they’re sauced but the only time it’s done right is if her husband is handling our order. This last time I spent $70.00 on only wings and got home (2 minutes away) and they were not only dry as the Sahara desert but we couldn’t even chew a bite because the meat was so tough and the outside was so hard. Absolutely depressing to have to throw out $70 worth of food. My budget isn’t equipped for that kind of wastefulness."
"First time we’ve ever had wingstop, and our experience was quite positive. First, I don’t believe this place deserves the hate it seems to be getting. Our service was excellent. The gal that seemed to be running the place let me know our order was almost ready and kept me updated, and stopped me from leaving once she realized I had another bag with my fries in it that I didn’t have yet. 4 people were able to eat for $47, and we have plenty of leftovers. This isn’t meant to be a “fine dining” experience, and it’s unfair to rate it as such. It was good, especially for takeout. I’ve spent far more, on far less quality for sure. While I’m personally not a huge fan of the Cajun corn that everyone raves about, it was warm and you can tell it had just been made. The wings were flavored nicely, and the fries were crispy. The staff were attentive, and I was greeted immediately upon entering. My order was ready right around the time estimate. Would return, especially for the staff who were so kind."
"I wasn’t able to customize my order online, so I called in an attempt to place the order. No one answered. After 30 minutes of ringing, I decided to drive up (while the phone was still ringing). They were not nearly as busy as I’d imagined, and someone should’ve answered. The place was disgusting inside. A literally train wreck with oil and fries all over the place. When I got to the counter, I ordered sauces only some no one answered the phone that had been ringing for 45 minutes at that point, and I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for actual chicken. So I went to the local grocery store, purchased and fried my own wings and tossed with the sauce from wingstop. Customer service is nonexistent because even after I informed the associate and SHOWED her my phone, and the existing call, she just gave a blank stare. This place is terrible"
"Wings were way over sauced. They were just swimming in the Togo box. It's like it was almost soup and the wings were okay at best. I spent $87 to just have to run down to McDonald's. Update: the manager gave me my money back and agreed. Will probably give it another shot later on. Give them some more time."
