"Always slow ... Spilled route44 all over me and then cussed me out and said ..didnt have time for this ... Never said a upset word and the karen went off ..the kicker my food wasnt right either ... allergic to pickles which can out me in hospital .. had all over it .. only 2 items ..lettuce onion only.. and a cheddar pepper .. which i got mozzarella sticks... My friend used the app and ut showed paid and was talen out is account she said that he iwed 14.and change when is order was just 12 change watch video...my gun is ruined my seat wont come clean and everything is still sticky... Ughhhhhh"

"My husband and I was at Sonic tonight and the girl took everyone order that came in after we did. I had hit the button twice. And still did not get to order. She looked out the window. And then took a guys order that came in after us. Then another after us. So we left. Poor customer service"

"The Lenoir City Sonic is one of the best I've ever ate at. Sometimes they are a little slow but that's because they have so many customers it's hard to keep up. I always try to tip good those ladies work hard to keep that food moving"

"Order online, checked in, said it was completed, waited 5 minutes before pushing the button and asking, then the food was brought out, cold, looking bad, and I had no straw. I asked for a straw as the lady was walking away and she shouted “it’s in the bag”… it was not in the bag and either were the condiments I requested.after realizing the food was actually cold to the touch, not even slightly warm I requested a refund and was told it would take 20 days and they could give me no proof they did the refund. The manager and the person who brought my food out turned out to be the same person. Don’t waste your money at this sonic."

"I gave 4 stars overall but only 2 for the popcorn chicken. The pics explain. I purchased a Large but don’t feel the amount I was given & that was also edible equaled a Large or justified paying $6.19 + tax for it. I feel this falls on Sonic’s food quality department & not the employees. I’m not sure how a cook would be able to filter all the hard batter bits from chicken bites. But I also feel my Large Popcorn was lacking in quantity/ just by looks in the container that is. Overall the flavor & service was good though."
