Subway 6795 Eastgate Boulevard, Lebanon, TN 37090

"I haven’t had subway in a while so I decided I wanted some on my lunch break today. There were two young men in there that weren’t even knowledgeable about what products they have. The pickles were turning a yellowish/orange color. I asked did they have any fresh ones more than once and finally told no… that these were only about a day old. The sweet onion sauce looked incredibly old. Very dark and think. Not the sweet onion I used to get on my sandwich. The lettuce is turning brown as well. I cashed out and had to ask for napkins. I started eating my sandwich and realized the bread wasn’t even done. What a waste of my time and money. It’s a reason I’ve been going to jersey mikes across the street. I’ll never go back to that subway again."

"One thing that I noticed at this particular location is that when staff are returning from the back of the house, they don’t always change their gloves, which is a big red flag when you think about cross-contamination. I could tell that many of the individuals that work at this location are teens. However, I really stressed the importance to leadership to train everyone properly on how to handle food."

"So I order a sub from here, everything was fine withe making my sub, the staff was nice. But sadly once I got home and was eating my sub, I found a piece of see through light greenish yellow plastic in my mouth... Now I'm worried there might have been smaller pieces I didn't notice."

"So after my first couple bad experiences with this location I decided to give it another try. Go through the drive through today, the woman at the window argue with me over my coupon and then I go to eat my sandwich no napkins were put in the bag and my drink is completely watered down. It has to be out in the machine. I didn’t get a receipt or anything. I get people have a bad day but this is a tad bit ridiculous."

"I went to this location for the first time today with some pretty needy requests and the group working went above and beyond! Plus the cookies were perfectly soft! I’ll definitely be coming back!"
