"Only 2 employees working. Wearing gloves to play on the phone instead of doing job. Employees should be cleaning and earning a honest day's pay, for honest days work!!!! This is why I do not think they should be paid double digits, per hour. Also they wear those gloves and touch everything, and seldom change them. !!!!! No wonder people get sick!!!! No Taco Bell for me!"

"Consistently trash. I never write reviews for restaurants, but this place is an awful experience every time. The food always takes forever to get and is still somehow never hot or fresh. They usually forget atleast 2 items per order. They are always out of things. If you want anything made other than how it comes expect them to get that wrong too. Super stingy on portions of meat and cheese. Staff is usually very slow to respond when pulling up at the drive through, even when there are no other cars and the lobby seems to always be closed. If you try to get something fixed that was made incorrectly the staff usually acts like it was somehow your fault. This is hands down the worst tacobell in East Tennessee. * also worth mentioning, while I’ve ordered from this place 5 or 6 times now every time has been in the evening. So hopefully the day shift guys have it together better."

"The worst Taco Bell in the area. I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes before picking up. My app told me my food was ready. Upon arrival, I was ignored for 10 minutes until someone finally came to ask my name. I told her and she informed me they did not have any rice or beef. I asked for a refund and none of the employees knew how to do so. I’ll be contacting customer service for a refund."

"This is one of 2 supreme chicken Chalupas I just bought that totaled to $10.95. I believe there was 5 baby pieces of chicken in each. Also when I thanked the cashier, he ignored me. Just my experience."

"Worst Taco Bell around. This Taco Bell was not busy at the time we were there and now I know why. The staff was EXTREMELY rude to us. For starters, we ordered $35 worth of food. When they handed it to us, we checked the bag just to make sure it was all there. I said very politely that I think we were missing two tacos. She insisted multiple times that it was all there. I asked if she wanted to double check and handed back the bag. They counted the tacos and were throwing them into another bag. A different employee rudely handed me the bag and said “it’s all there” but then added the two tacos in a small bag on the top. So they WERE missing the two tacos and were being rude to me for asking for them. They also gave us ONE taco sauce when we specifically asked for sauce…. for $35 worth of tacos. So again, they did it to be a**holes. The food that they gave us was literally just tortillas and no meat whatsoever! We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, I advise you to do the same! The other Taco Bell in town is literally 5 minutes down the road!
