"Always good food and even better service. I personally know the Store’s GM and she makes it a point to always have the food and service at tip top performance whenever she can help it. If you want the best chicken in town you will eat at this Zaxby’s!!!"
"Way over priced for what you get. We ordered the 2 Zen salads with extra egg rolls and drinks. $30.00. There was a smaller amount of chicken than what you got a year ago. Say what you will it is corpret greed driving fast food and not the wants of customers or our needs. Reasonable prices!"
"My husband and i work fast food, we understand the high stress fast paced craziness that goes on behind that counter. We always try our best to be as kind and understanding to those who wait on us as we are to the customers (and the extended family that is our staff) in our own restaraunt. We came through for dinner, 12-9-2023 around 8pm. Everything we ordered was fresh and the service was fast. All the staff was sweet, listened to our order, repeated it back to us, and when we almost left our card, the girl in the window was attentive enough to make sure we didn't drive off without it. Thank y'all and keep it up"
"Ordered multiple things. One was a grilled cheese sandwich - for myself. But a child wouldn’t have eaten it either. Went right in the trash! Would you serve this to your family? Why would you send it in my door dash order? Looked like you made it 6 hours ago and completely soaked in butter, cheese looked sort of brown. One bite and I had to spit it out. Since you care so little wasting my money or about what you put in my delivery bag on 10/2/23 at 8:30pm from the Oak Ridge Zaxby’s, likewise, I won’t care about giving you a 2 star review."
