"Our service was good and our waitress was attentive but the food took forever and it was ice cold when it arrived at the table. So we had to leave hungry and find somewhere else to eat.After reading all the reviews it sounds like the kitchen staff should be replaced with people who care about good service. I would hate too see what a kitchen like that looks like if they are so lazy they can't deep fry some food and get it out before it freezes you know the kitchen is filthy."

"Hooters wings are great and Hooters Nashville TN did the brand proud. This particular Hooters feels very new to me or at least very well maintained. And the staff was caring and attentive."

"Came to celebrate my nephew's birthday, got sat at a dirty table waitress said she couldn't find the spray, she finally came and wiped it off. I was brought some tea with barely any ice so I asked for a glass of ice never got any, asked for a to go box had to wait a very long time for that. Just bad service. Had a 5 year old with us, wasn't offended a kid menu had to finally ask for one when she came back over"

"Service was great! Erin told us she is from Rivergate but she brought up the atmosphere in here! Would love to see more girls like her! Food was a lot better than what it has been in previous visits, and I know they changed management and they are doing fantastic . I don’t know how they aren’t busy."
