"First time at a steak and shake and it didn’t disappoint! The place was EXTREMELY clean - especially for a fast food restaurant! I had western bbq burger and my wife had a garlic steak burger. Both were tasty but the garlic one was exceptional. For “fast food” we would totally go there again!"

"Stopped in for a bite and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant could have used some cleaning as it was not very busy and there many dirty tables. But the staff were nice and the service was good."

"The overall experience of a first timer was excellent. That's right, a first timer. The courtesy of the staff is unparalleled to any other establishment in the area. I highly recommend the double. I have heard stories of dipping the fries in cheese sauce. Buddy, that was delicious. The staff at this location helped me decide on a first time original and backed it up with a snickers milk shake. Price point is fair. I was greeted with a smile and everyone seemed to really enjoy working there. Smiles all around. If your looking for a great burger and a milkshake give it a shot. Not to long of a wait either. 9.5 out of 10."

"This is not Steak n Shake. I was very excited about this place while it was being built since Steak n Shake is one of my favorite burger places. I just had my first visit and was sorely disappointed that this is just Steak n Shake in name only. This isn’t a sit down experience but your typical order at the counter fast food place and to make it worse the menu is noticeably smaller than a real Steak n Shake. They don’t have the Garlic Double Steak burger!!! They don’t have seasoning or condiments at the tables too and when you ask for it they’re presented to you in tiny cups. Staff was nice enough but the woman at the counter (Betty M according to our receipt) was noticeably impatient and didn’t make me feel welcome. The saving grace is the food since it’s still the same Steak n Shake food, but you wait forever like the real Steak n Shake but now without the comfort of a booth and nice server. Very disappointed in this place. What a wasted opportunity."
