Jersey Mike's Subs

"I have been here a bunch and I keep convincing myself to give this place another try because when its good, its very good but the problem here is consistency. Though I order the same sandwich each visit, every single time it is different and sometimes drastically so. Lack of recipe consistency from a chain restaurant is a no-no to me. The buffalo chicken cheesesteak with bacon is my order. A full half the time there has been no discernible buffalo. Not a hint or whiff of the Frank's Red Hot Sauce. No spice no kick, nothing. This is something I usually do not realize until I get the sandwich home and bite into it. Plus, sometimes the meat is loosely chopped next time the meat is whole (like it looks like chicken tenders!) then the meat is finely diced or it looks shaved like gyro meat. Or, sometimes there's heavy blue cheese other times there's barely any blue cheese. Etc. Like - isn't there a specific way to make the sandwich or is everyone back there improvising? The lack of buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich is the biggest issue though. It is why I likely wont be back anytime soon. But it sure is delicious when its done right!"

"Awesome ppl behind the counter!! I wish i knew their names so i could mention them personally. As they are the ones that were amazing!! I came in on 8/28 maybe 7:15ish. They were busy. They stayed calm, friendly, polite. I felt very welcomed The sub was fantastic!! very clean environment. I have nothing bad to say. Just saying thank you for ur hard work. You guys are awesome! Keep smiling and being kind to others."

"Everything was awesome until the person touching the cash touched my sandwich with the same gloves to cut it, Im not sure why the person who made my sandwich didn’t just cut it, that’s gross. They did remake it with no issues which was cool."

"I always go there never really have a problem but I ordered a giant 17 and asked for mayo and lettuce and neither were added. It’s dry without mayo"

"This Jersey Mike’s is absolutely ridiculous they don’t listen to you when you’re ordering your food nor do they care The girl that made my sandwich must have been new but the girl watching her never said a word to her never about don’t put to much or anything she just watched her mess up my sandwich I didn’t even see her pack oil and there seasoning on my sandwich so thick it was a soggy mess by the time I got home. And my husband steak and cheese had nothing on it at all I ordered mushrooms and had to remind the guy before I left to put them on there after I got my order. Then I said Mayo and tomatoes do you think that was on the sandwich nope it wasn’t!!! Worst $40.00 I have ever spent I will never go here again ever. Go somewhere that they actually listen to what you want and care that your spending your hard earned money to get it. Subway is better then this"
