"Wonderful lady helped me at the drive through. Not only was my food fresh, hot and delicious, but she was fun and friendly and cheerful. I had a roast beef slider and crinkle fries. I wish I could think of her name."
"Daughter ordered thru the app. Told to go around to the yellow pole as the order just popped up. A few minutes later order brought out. I asked didn't she ordered drinks? Lady said I don't know and went to check. I called daughter as I was looking thru the bag and asked if she ordered horsey sauce and she said yes. When the lady came back I said she ordered horsey sauce and there isn't any in the bag. The lady turned and went inside. About a minute later a different lady brought the sauce and I said thank you ma'am. Approximately 3 minutes later was taking items out and the Reubens were just about cold, not toasted, and the amount of corned beef was less than a child's serving. Maybe 2 oz. If that. Jalapeño poppers were kinda lukewarm. Pop was good. For 25.00, they should do better. They were not busy. One car at the pickup window. Feel sorry for people if they are busy. If more people would comment on sub par service/food and stop going to them, maybe businesses would start caring about losing business and their jobs. Until customers take a stand, every one will continue to get less than yummy food."
"Have experienced friendly and welcoming service here, as well as good food. Current favorite is the 2/$7 deal (Roast beef sandwich and fried mac and cheese balls). All employees that I've encountered are polite and helpful. Recommended."
"Jasmine took our order at the window. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar and a crinkle fry, and two classic regular roast beef sandwhiches with a crinkle fry. She interrupted between the first crinkle fry and the 2 classic roast beef’s to ask what I wanted to drink with the first meal. I told her I didn’t specify because I didn’t want drinks. I then asked and repeated the order to ensure she got it right. She said yes gave me my total and I pulled around. When I got the order and made it back on the road lo and behold it was 3 beef and cheddar sandwhiches in the bag with a regular crinkle fry and a large crinkle fry. Getting orders wrong in this industry has become too common. From now on is the consumer should just pull up and say surprise me when ordering. Also from now on I’ll immediately charge my card back for not receiving the services I wanted and the places can deal with the lost money and my bank. Most people would say “eat at home”. Normally I do but sometimes the consumer would like to just grab something and go or while on a road trip like us when maybe we don’t have access to a kitchen at the moment. Point is we the consumer should get what we pay for. This happened on 11/28/23 at 1:59pm and again the window person was named Jasmine however the receipt says “Micheal” but it was definitely a tall lady at the window and a lady that took the order through the speaker. Fast food please get it together… please. This happens more times than they do get my order right not just here but everywhere and I only eat out very rarely. If you are going to charge this much for “fast food” then GET. IT. RIGHT!!!!!"
"Spent $40 through door dash tonight for 3 items. These fries have been in the fry bin for hours. The meat on the sandwich was very cold. It’s only a 3 minute drive, so unfortunately I know this is also not the dashers fault. The only thing that was not over cooked or under cooked was the mozzarella sticks. When it comes to night shift this is the second time I’ve had this concern. As someone who is pregnant I cannot afford for my meat to be undercooked. Very disappointed and as a healthcare worker VERY concerned. I’m not bashing, I’m only hoping this will be assessed accordingly."
