Whataburger

"We came here twice to try it and give it another shot. We waited 40 min for cold burgers and the wrong food. They said they could not refund the second time after waiting 25 min from the kiosk. So we were late because I’m not giving my money away. So do not order from the kiosk if you ever want a refund. They were very rude and obviously overwhelmed, the management is slacking and you can tell in the workers faces. It’s a number because it’s my favorite fast food place and was so excited when it was announced they were coming."

"Feb-29-2024 I got the Patty melt meal with a medium vanilla malt. I did enjoy it. This was my first time actually eating a burger from here. My Texan husband recommended the patty melt. It was definitely a good choice."

"I went to Whataburger for the first time at the Lebanon Tennessee location. I had a cheeseburger and fries, which were very good. My only complaint was that I didn't think my food was hot enough , it was barely warm. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with fries . He thought his burger was good too, but his was not very warm as well. We dined in, so there is no reason why our food shouldn't have been warm."

"Very mediocre meal. Burger tasted good, but aftertaste similar to a Krystal. Onion rings very mediocre. Brownie was of the pre-packaged Sam's Club variety. Not at all impressed. Especially at $14 for a single."

"Walked in and ordered at exactly 5:47 A.M. One car in the drive-thru and one customer already ordered and sat down waiting for their food to be delivered. Tell me why I had to walk to the counter twice to see If they forgot about me and did not receive my food until 6:34 A.M.? That's 38 minutes for a fast food restaurant??? Really Whataburger are we doing it like that? Even had an employee cleaning cobwebs in the lobby with customers eating. Get it together or find new management. Oh got a free burger for my time.. Psssh no not bribing me because I don't have another 40 minutes to wait. Do better"
