Godfather's Pizza Express

"Loved Godfathers pizza but the pizza express version leaves a lot to be desired. My husband's and I's first date, 45 years ago, was at a brick and morter establishment and we recently tried a Love's gas station version and it was so sad. What a huge disappointment"

"Pizza & wings were great... Food is usually always hot & fresh... Only time we've had an issue was with some slices we bought from the Love's gas station counter in the middle of the night that tasted like the sauce had started to sour ot something from being under the heat lamps too long... The Employees are usually fast, friendly & upbeat with the employee from our last visit even giving us the last couple wings for free with our purchase as we wanted a bigger order but they didn't have enough for the bigger order & since there wasn't enough left to buy another small order either he just gave them to us with the ones we bought instead of leaving them on the warmer/display & then including a couple older wings in the next persons order along with fresh ones (Not all employees will do this though as another time they only had 4 left & they weren't making any more because it was close to closing time so I told them I would just take the 4 they had but he wouldn't sale them to me because he said they don't have a per wing price they can only ring them up in multiples of 6 & he wouldn't give them to me either even though I bought almost all of the pizza that was left... & I did offer to pay for the extra couple we got last time but he wouldn't let me because we go there all the time & he said it was better than having to just throw them out or affecting the quality of the next order which I completely agreed with)... Overall I'd say my experiences have been positive!!! 10 out of 10 we recommend!!!"

"Ordered online, received confirmation number and time to pickup. arrived to pick up pizza and wings was informed online orders was down and would need to wait 35 minutes. Not sure how I got a confirmation number and time if was down. Once I received the food after waiting, pizza was cold inside and not cooked and wings were dried out. The staff didn't seem concern about any of it., as if this happens all the time.Not a great experience or service"

"I ordered 2 pizzas online and when my granddaughter went to pick them up at the scheduled time they hadn't even started cooking them. She paid for them and then they cooked them. Instead of giving her the 2 pizzas they started selling our pizzas by the piece. She asked them why they were doing that. The he/she that was just threw what was left into a box and threw it at my granddaughter along with the other pizza. The manager was standing there and did nothing to stop this. She brought them home and I asked why 3/4 of one pizza was missing. So I got into my car and went back there and asked "Do yall always sell part of a pizza that someone pays for then throw the other part in a box and expect no one to say anything." Oh I got my money back. Along with a smart mouth that was the manager. She tried to say my granddaughter brought it off the line there. I told her she was full of it and how she knew that was a lie. Those people were rude and didn't care at all about the customer. I will NEVER go back there again and im calling the district manager and letting them know just how rude they were and how they tried to pass off a 3/4 of a pizza for a $25 dollar pizza. If you go there, well I wouldn't. They will only try to cheat you."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. We called to order a pizza over an hour in advance and let them know we plan to pick up an hour after calling, leaving plenty of time. We live 30 minutes away and brought our two children with. We get to the store to hear that the did not have our pizza. They had no reason, and told us they were actually getting ready to shut down. The employee that took our order was there, fully admitted to taking the order and simply said he was helping other guests the whole hour and just didn’t make our order. A waste of time and unfortunate"
