"This is one of the most consistent Starbucks on regards of drink and food quality. Our usual is an iced White Choc Mocha non fat milk and an extra shot (add the whip of course). Always the Bacon Gouda sandwich. Like almost all Starbucks the employees are friendly and efficient."

"Giving 5 stars since this is my favorite Starbucks and I come here every morning. HOWEVER. I mix my morning drink up, but typically get an Americano. Baristas, PLEASE stop filling the water to the VERY top of the brim. Please leave room. When you fill it to the top of the cup, keep in mind this is your hottest drink, it makes the lid flimsy and my drink spills all down my hand every single time you do this. Please stop filling it to the top of the line. Please. It is so freaking hot."

"Granted, you can’t ask for a Seattle experience from a coffee shop but even then, this place can never get the order right. Every time we ordered caramel iced coffees we always have to settle with practically black ice coffee. We will definitely be making the effort to drive to a further location than this one, or maybe just Dunkin’ Donuts."

"This Starbucks is convient to the UT campus and West Knoxville. It can be very busy at times to get through the drive thru. It helps to use the app and order ahead. This store is in the Kroger parking lot which you to have to navigate thru increased traffic at times to get out of the drive thru."
