"There were no cars, there were no customers inside the restaurant and yet it took them 15 minutes to deliver me a Bacon McDouble and some medium fries, I got out of my car to look for them. very bad attention. They should change employees and managers…"

"This location advertises a 24 hour drive thru, but I work nights and have tried to order on multiple occasions to be told ‘Our system is down’. Usually between 3 and 5 am. I either skip it or go somewhere else."

"If I had one word to describe, I would say, "Horrible!" The food was dry, lukewarm, lacked freshness, and I was not satisfied nor was my husband. My son had a fillet of fish, and it just had an odd smell to it. I ordered a daily double, and all I got were two dry burgers with cheese, soggy, almost spoiled tomatoes, ketchup, and pickle. The Daily Double is supposed to be two burgers, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sliced onions, and mayo! Now I will say this, I commend the employees for coming in on such bad inclement weather but the lady taking my order didn't get it right, and she was visibly frustrated with the fact that she had to change it. Just our overall experience was not good. My husband said this reminds him of why he doesn’'t get fast food at McDonald's anymore. We were heading back to Louisville, Kentucky, in our vehicle and didn't realize how bad it was until we were on the road"

"Every time I try to order DoorDash from this place I end up waiting almost an hour for the dasher to just tell me that when they get there they are closing down. I’m not sure if they are closing earlier than they are supposed to or if MGMT isn’t capable enough to let DoorDash know the correct hours but either way it sounds like the wrong people are running this place."
