"If I could give this place a 0, I would. Getting doors installed first time, they dented the brand new doors and cracked one of the frames. Now waiting on getting new ones installed and they cancelled the installation, saying doors weren't in when they were, and their people are incompetent and don't answer the phone. I want a refund and I will take this review down. I want this resolved sooner than later. I did not pay for scratched and dented doors. I would never ever again use Lowe's for any kind of work on my house. They are a complete joke. Now we're waiting again because storm door was ordered wrong and the other door was labeled left hand swing when it's a right hand swing. So now this door has to be ordered again. I don't even think incompetence begins to describe these people. I will definitely be contacting the manager after all this is done or fixed, if it is ever fixed. I will be getting a refund of my money. This is sad. I'm pretty sure trained monkeys could do a better job at ordering doors and running this department. Now we are on install #3 and the door doesn't latch without pushing weight into the door. They also didn't order the storm door, when they said on 3 different calls to us the week before that they did, so more waiting. Manager is involved at this point and I'm left speechless on this whole ordeal. Will update more on 4th install and another new door. Hell let's see if these imbeciles can go to 5 or 6 installs."

"Issue as of late with Lowe's has been inventory or lack thereof, items show available (alot of inventory online) I make an online purchase for the items I need only to find out the local store doesn't have it. When looking at mobile app, says same thing, even says other stores have it. Travel to other stores, they don't have it either. Very frustrating 1-4-24 Online purchase was very timely and ready quickly. Much better"

"We have not been here in a while however, we needed to update some of our Christmas decorations. They had a wide selection of assorted items for the holidays. Fairly reasonably priced. Everything was easy to locate. We had several employees ask us if we needed assistance, which is something we have never gotten at Home Depot. We were quite pleased with the service all around."

"FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, went to pick up a few items like I always do as I was walking but I noticed a display of 27gal tubs with a price marked on them at $4.68 so went back outside grabbed a flat cart and loaded 20 of them up preparing to move soon. An employee came by and said that’s a great price let me call the manager over to verify. I waited over 20min for the manager and still nothing. Once I headed to the register to pay that’s when the assistant manager named Ted magically popped up refusing to honor the posted price. Then continued to make up a story about how employees were working on the display. I told him I was there over 20min and not 1 employee showed up to so call work on the display. There was actually 3 pallets of them already there. Ted then dismissed me and basically said aw well he’s not price matching their posted price."

"Lowe’s had the oven range I wanted in stock & on sale when I called and spoke to Maudsay on Tuesday. She told me it could be delivered on Thursday and it was! Darius was great in getting it in the house and set up. Your customer service has greatly improved since a refrigerator purchase 6+ years ago. Thanks for renewing my faith in Lowe’s!"
