I've never been so deterred from buying a LTO item before in my life. Not to mention when I asked to buy the deep dish pizza, she corrected me and rang it as a pan pizza. So not only did it come out wrong but I had to go back and point at the sign at every table and say that's what I wanted. Never had a good experience with the waitress working tonight. She seems very pissed off and vindictive if it doesn't go her way. Sorry that me spending money here bothers you! To celebrate my kids' birthday, no less. Sorry for the inconvenience."
"I was delivered the wrong order, and the order I received was significantly cheaper. I called them about either receiving my correct order or getting a refund. They refused. Told me it was a DoorDash problem so I contacted them. DoorDash sent a refund request to the store, and they still refused to refund my money. Management was unhelpful and rude. Don’t recommend."
"I ordered dinner online for the family ,and stopped in to pick it up. Mind you 64$ for 2 pizzas, 1order of breadsticks and a melt. When I walked in the restaurant it had a weird musty/ piss smell. While waiting I noticed every air vent was cover in dirt badly. The place looked like it had never had any upkeep. When I finally got my order I told the girl I'm missing a pizza. She then argued with me saying I ordered wrong. After I showed her my online recipe she rolled her eyes and stormed off. This by far is the worst place I have ever delt with. I gave it 2 stars only because as a company pizza hut has a good online system for ordering. If I were you I would never get food from the Harriman Tn pizza hut. I know I never will again."
"I haven’t had Pizza Hut since before Covid. BEST Pizza Hut I have ever had. Waitress was amazing, food was fantastic and our food was prepared and brought to our table in less than 20 mins. I am IMPRESSED. If you want good pizza, THIS IS THE PLACE!"
"Each time we're in Harriman, we stop at this Pizza Hut. The pizza is always good. But, they are understaffed & so, I don't recommend the buffet, as they can't keep it up. When we went this time, we called in the pizza & it was ready when we arrived & dined in. There was one employee working!!! That explains why the floor was not as clean as usual."
