"I am writing about a beyond horrible experience that franchise owners Shelia Holman and Dan Patel allowed to happen on their behalf. I had made a corporate complaint in January about the last order I ever made with Jersey Mike's and probably will be the last one I ever make. I had placed an online order for a hot sub from your company, and was told to arrive about 20 minutes later. I arrived about 5 minutes after the stated pickup time and they still had not finished the order, and there were actually two other customers also waiting for their delayed orders also when I arrived. After 5-10 minutes I was given my order and drove the 0.8 miles to my home. Upon opening the order, it was ice cold and it was like they hadn't even bothered to try and cook the chicken at all after taking it from the refrigerator. I threw the sandwich away after taking one bite so I didn't get food poisoning from the staff at this location. Immediately, I filed a complaint with Jersey Mike's corporate for this issue within ten minutes of arriving home. One of the two owners, Shelia Holman reached out to me with a phone call. She analyzed the video and my complaint, and decided to offer a free remake of the order at one of her locations at any time, and told me she would inform the locations of my name and information to resolve the issue. I thanked her and accepted the resolution, understanding that sometimes there are staff issues or problems with equipment. Fast-forward to 4 weeks after speaking to her, I called her location as she instructed me on the call and in the text she sent after we spoke. The manager, who also happened to be the one working the day I made the complaint about her staff, answered the phone. I explained that Shelia had told me to call and she got my information, then placed me on hold. When she came back 2 minutes later, she informed me that I only had 14 days to get the remake and that she could not honor it because that was the owners policy. I told her this was crazy when they were already negligent once, now they were not even going to honor their customer resolution to fix the issue???? The manager then informed me how she was working the day I had a complaint and that I was lying about the issue and overreacting. Who would go to that much effort for a $9 sandwich? lol. That is why I am now here, I have managed multiple businesses and currently own two myself, this is not how you treat your customers. Especially the ones you actually screwed over by having bad employees, and then you continue to abuse customers trying to give you another chance. I am so disgusted with Jersey Mike's I will make sure everyone I ever meet knows how this company treats its customers."
"If you have any compassion toward other human beings, do not visit this location. My family welcomed a homeless gentleman in to have dinner with them at this location, and the employees were DISGUSTINGLY rude to us for bringing this kind human into their establishment. His meal was paid for, he was invited in by my family, yet Jersey Mikes feels they are above serving the homeless although his meal was paid for in full. He was our guest. Have some decency. To the employees working that evening this week, people like you are the problem in this world. This location needs shut down and staff reevaluated if their only concern is the subpar sandwiches they make."
"I am beyond outraged with my experience at this location. 2 years ago, I had an awful experience for this establishment, I left a review, and then I was reassured that things would be fixed. After tonight's visit, I will need more than words of such reassurance. I went in with my family for dinner, which we get nothing that is abnormal or differing from the standard menu options. On our way in, we saw a homeless man walking down the strip, so we asked if he would like to join us for dinner (which is so very important to us as we are teaching our child about kindness still being alive in the world). We do this often and never have any trouble at any restaurant. However, this time, we we were greeted with absolutely awful attitudes, looks of disgust, and aggressive comments. It was as though the staff was merely choosing not to help us because of this, so the person who I assume to be the manager was the only one who was serving us to any capacity. The rest of the staff simply stood there watching us. To many, this would likely be embarrassing. We get looks all the time, but never like this. You further humiliated this man, who simply wanted a meal. Due to this, our new friend elected to go stand outside and wait for his food. A guest of mine and a customer of your establishment no longer felt welcomed, although his meal was paid for and he was in no way a disturbance to your operations. It was also very noticeable that you all intentionally made it a point to make our meals as slow as you possibly could, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I will be calling in to speak with someone about this tomorrow. I'm disgusted by this experience. Trying to teach my kid how to be kind and here you are in the service industry failing to do so. I'm beyond mad, I'm disappointed beyond what words can express on this platform."
"Had a great experience with Delicia! She definitely knows how to make a great chicken bacon ranch and is one of Greg’s top employees. I spoke with Greg about how there was no bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. I came back the next day after work, and they made it right. Consider me a return client!"
"Making sandwiches is easy, but making them this good is a totally different story. The meats were sliced fresh to order, and the sandwich was ready before I reached the end of the counter. The food was outstanding, and the service was even better. The original Italian one day, the big kahuna the next. Mike's way for life."
