"Dear Taco Bell, My family and I ate a lot at your restaurants last year. We were going to go tonight for dinner but will not because you discontinued the viesta burrito. Also, because of this, we will continue to visit less often, or very infrequently due to this. We ask you bring it back or something else in the value menu that is vegetarian (e.g., tostada or something new) soon. Not pleased with this move by Taco Bell. Also, tried to submit this issue on the Taco Bell website, which is having issues. And wasn't able to, tried multiple times."

"This place is always neatly clean, including dining room and restrooms. I like option to order my self on one of dining room tablets. Food always comes quickly and as I ordered. Everyone here is nice, professional and pleasant"

"I placed an online order for two boxes and 2 potatoe tacos. They put everything in one bag. I asked them to separate the order because they are boxes and they were customized! Well they separated the boxes and it was all mix match. I did do an add on for nacho fires not knowing it would be added onto the 5layer burrito (what they told me after me thinking it would be a whole order of fries) I told the cashier. That the craving box with the nacho fries goes with the Fiesta potatoes. Well the fries ended up inside of a chulupa in the other order. I did not get my 5layer burrito and my food was cold! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!"

"I went through the drive-thru, fast friendly service. It was around lunch time so it was pretty busy. However, I was able to place my order, pay, and receive my order in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive and friendly staff"

"Went to the drive through around 10:45pm. Once we got home with our food there was nothing in there! Unacceptable. I feel like everything we visit this location especially in the evenings the employees do not care at all about their jobs there. After this evening we will not be visiting this location again."
