"They never turn on the app where you can use coupons like BOGO free foot long or my rewards. Asked for the sub of the day deal next thing I know she makes a whole foot long that I didn't order. You can tell the franchise owner really penny pinches. Watch them they will make your order bigger and then expect you to pay the price for it"

"Subway has, over the past few years, gotten away from great sandwiches into the mindset of giving you the bare minimum for the cost. While other competitors are giving you the feeling, you are getting more for your money. Subway charges you extra for everything that isn't on the official listing for the sandwich. I also feel like they measure out every piece of meat to the T and will actively pull it off it they gave you 1 slice to many. These are franchised stores, and owners can do what they want, but I just prefer the Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's to the Subway sandwich now. Saying that they still make a good sub and I wouldn't not eat at a Subway if I'm hungry and it's the closest one by."

"This place is trash. They seriously don't give any amount of meat to fill the sub. All my sandwich was nothing but vegetables and stale bread. "After this happening countless times between 9:30pm and 10pm, i have had enough. We pulled up at 9:45, and when we got out of the car, the workers rushed to lock the door and turn the lights off. The sign clearly says they close at 10 pm on Tuesday (today is Tuesday, 7/31/2018). They have officially lost my business."
