I called tonight and the manager was extremely helpful and kind. Her extra effort in finding the receipt has saved me $150! Top notch customer service! Thank you so much!"

"I was set to spend close to $1,000 in that store today for my wife and I, but the folks working here changed my mind about where I was shopping and have caused me to post this review. Nothing but a bunch of nose-picking (literally), snapchat yuppies behind the counter that have ZERO experience in customer relations. I have been here before and have NEVER...NEVER been offered assistance in this place, EVER. Never a sale on anything worth buying. Everything in the place is set at the highest price. The attitude alone of the people working (or standing behind the counter on their phones) there is enough to make me want to shop elsewhere. Another mention I'll make is that my wife (she just had surgery on her knee and ankle and wearing a boot) asked the clerk to use the restroom, and the clerk SAW MY WIFE'S LEG and told her to WALK ACROSS THE STREET (about 150 yards or so in the snow and ice, btw) to the public restroom. That did it. I DO NOT OR WILL NOT recommend Bink's to anyone. Take your money somewhere that a customer, and their business is appreciated."

"Well they were open is all I can say! No service and bad attitudes. I did buy my shoes $120 but headed out of town. Manager McKensie you need to get better employees or your going to be out of business."
