"Placed online order. Arrived at location pulled it slot(not marked very well) went to put in number and unit not working (no signage to indicate that) Moved to a different spot and indicated I was here. Screen showed food was in the kitchen, 20 minutes later still no food, and then order screen reset. Went to door since there is no service window and was told that they were having problems with their systems and they would get my order made. Been here now almost 30 minutes and the only way I knew the system wasn't working was because I had to get out of my car and go ask, but still now food If it was only a way to cancel an online order, I would definitely be going to another. location. Finally got my order after 33 minutes."

"Consistently out of ice cream. We live down the road and they never have ice cream. They also talk to friends in cars while we wait 15min on 3 drinks. It’s a frustration every time we come. This branch should be restaffed or closed down."
