"I ordered a coffee for pickup. My dad went to get it. As I'm not from here I ordered at the wrong location. When he asked about my order. The representative was dismissive and rude. This isn't the first time this experience was had at this location. The service is very hit or miss."

"The staff here are usually AMAZING! So friendly and super sweet! However what’s not amazing was my trip at around 7:50 am on 5/2/21 where I had to listen to a customer make transphobic jokes and comments, while the employee just laughed and joked along with him. As someone who is trans and who frequents this Starbucks a lot specifically because one of the amazing employees asked my pronouns, I felt EXTREMELY unsafe. I guess it’s a good thing there are Starbucks everywhere so I can switch locations..."
