"Service was great from start to finish. Everyone was very attentive. They opened at 4pm and all the tables were filled within 20 minutes of opening and we had to sit by the bar. Entire hotel was impressive and the food was very delicious. Pasta was made in house."

"I was shocked reading some of the other reviews about poor service following our experience at Ravello. Our server, Sami, was wonderful as well as her assistant Jessi at being attentive to our needs. Food came out promptly and was delicious. We had the veal, salmon, and calamari for appetizer, and tiramisu for dessert. My husband enjoys craft cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed the old fashioned. 5 star experience for us!"

"The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was really good the food was great, and desert was amazing! I got the affigatto and it was the best thing ever! And all for $90 plus tip. Not bad! I'll be back!"

"What a disappointment. Undercooked pasta, overcooked chicken so dry it had to be washed down. Not enough sauce. Remade it for me and no better. I didn't eat it. I was looking forward to an exceptional meal and it wasn't edible! I've had better pasta at Dennys. They brought the full bill and after my further objections they did not charge for all of it. The waiter tried really hard and he did receive 25% tip based on original bill. None of this was his fault."

"We came in with reservation at 7:30pm during weekday, have a toddler with us and the waitress Never serve the table like refill water, clean the table or even any stop by, literally nothing, so obviously unlike she did diligently for most of nearby table we could see. Don’t know if that’s neglect, discrimination for parents with kid, or different color from hers. The food is fine, but taking 1 hr to get a regular pasta and kids meal cooked is longer than expectation. The reception and overall atmosphere are great and fantastic. The only worst part is the training of the waitress."
