Reviews of Johnny Rockets
"It was so great! Our server was wonderful. The food was so good. Kids meals come with fries and the adult meals are served alone. We got a basket of fries for the table and we couldn't even finish them all. 10 out of 10."
"Went on 11/08/23. I went to Johnny Rockets for the first time in at least six years. At the entrance, they have a sign saying sit at any table that is not dirty. Seeing that only four tables were taken, I decided a burger that's not from a fast food place sounded good. I noticed that they had one server and two cooks. Didn't think that was a big deal. After about ten minutes, the server dropped off a menu as she walked by. Being hungry and determined to eat, I stayed. I ordered a Rocket Single, fries, and a Pepsi. The burger was pretty tasteless. The burger had hardly any Special Sause on it. Just a small bit were it soaked into the bun. Even ketchup didn't help it much. The fries were a nice golden brown and tasteless. After dropping off my food, the server never came back to my table. The place wasn't busy. In fact, when I left, it was still the same people when I sat down. The server and the two cooks were standing by the register and talking to someone who I guess they knew. Who was sitting at the bar by where it is at. Someone from one the table's went up and paid at it. At that point, I figured that they didn't bring bills around. I walked up and paid with my card and wasn't even offered a receipt."
"Cool 50βs themed restaurant with Burgers, Fries and Real Shakes and more! Made fresh to order and arriving hot and tasty! Opry Mills Mall has many great restaurants to choose from. But this one is a huge draw because of Nostalgia! I recommend if you like Classic American Food and Fun! Sometimes there is a line but they are great at getting everyone seated and you are not rushed to leave;)"
"We went on a Thursday night. It wasn't super busy when we arrived around 5:30 PM, which was nice. I will say everything was good from the service from our waitress to the timeliness of how we got our food to being in and out of the place fast. But my goodness it was expensive for no reason other than being in the mall? $47 for 2 burgers, 2 fries (order one they are huge portions) and a milkshake. Just way overpriced. Good experience but not worth the price."
"This one was difficult to rate because once we had a server, he was fantastic and our food was on point delicious. When we walked up to be seated employees saw us yet didn't say anything to us for several minutes before we were greeted and sat. We sat for another 10, almost 15 minutes before our server came up and said we weren't in his section but he would be taking care of us. His name was Ryan and he took GREAT care of us. Once our food arrived it was tasty and everyone enjoyed. I ordered a water to go and actually didn't drink it until I got home. When I did, I was surprised to find that it tasted like weed. Yes, weed. I then smelled the inside of the cup and it, too, smelled like weed. It was disgusting. Water should have no taste, especially a taste like that. It nauseated me. We might go back, but if we do I will hesitate greatly to ever again take home a drink. That was gross. It also makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes and how sanitary things are. Also, it would be nice when you have people standing and waiting to be seated if, when you see them, you greet them and say you'll be right with them so they don't feel ignored because they know you can see them. I took away stars for that, too, along with how long we had to wait to be greeted by a server once we were sat."
