"We came very close to closing and they were kind enough to still take our order! Super easy to order and food came quick. We ordered the tonkotsu shoyu and it was great! Very flavorful and delicious. Will be back!"

"I love good Ramen. Otaku makes good ramen. This location is in the factory at franklin and it's a nice bright space, situated in the main "room" I got the classic with pork belly done shoyu style - soy based, deeper broth with that umami you're looking for. Foods good but price is astronomical for what you get. 2 slices of pork belly over noodles and broth. Hook us up - more pork belly and noodles would have made it reasonable. Here's the Breakdown: Great food +1 star; friendly staff +1 star; bright and clean +1 star; quality ingredients +1 star. I will go back just because Ramen but it will be very infrequent unless portion to price is corrected."

"The Franklin Factory had this little gem inside. We had a veggie bowl with added tofu and cauliflower. It was excellent on a cold damp day. Lots of veggies, in a rich broth with a pot sticker type dumpling on top. Seat neighbors next us had the beef looking bowls that they said was wonderful. We ordered a side of veggie dumplings, and they did not disappoint. The sauce looks hot, but it wasn’t, just a lot of oil. We were pleasantly surprised such a unique restaurant would be in the Factory, and I’m glad we tried it. The line was very long. There weren’t any tables or seating available inside their area; hence, the 4 star instead of the 5 for atmosphere. Also, it seemed like tables turned over rather quickly, but they weren’t keeping up with cleaning the tables. It was self bussing, so many people left messes. All in all, it didn’t worry us. The food was terrific, and we will be back."

"Three of us went on a Saturday night, we shared a table with a couple and it was cozy. I wish the wait staff brought the food to you but I guess it’s understandable if you find a seat in the hall. Best ramen in Nashville, thank you for joining us in Franklin."
