"This place really needs a manager to reevaluate their lunch time service. I was in there 2 weeks ago and my online order still wasn’t ready 30 minutes after my pick up time. This is ridiculous! The young man at the cash register was rude and didn’t have a single card in the world. Lily was amazing and tried her absolute best. This time I ordered door dash and the dasher has been waiting almost an hour at the store for the food, so I am sure that yet again this place is carefree. This is the last time I order here since there are plenty more sub restaurants in the area that are much quicker and seem to have better customer service skills."

"Absolutely ridiculous. There is no coordination in this establishment. There is no organization. The service is absolutely piss poor. I don't know who the manager is of this store but they need to be fired. There was four people working tonight and it took me literally 36 minutes to get my food. That should have been ready at 5:52 is when I was told it would be ready I got there at 5:50 right on the. I asked several times when my food would be ready and did not get a clear answer I would highly recommend going somewhere else besides this location"

"Had a Philly Cheesesteak and salt vinegar chips for lunch. While not as good as the real deal in Philly, it was good. No Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb, my faves. Environmental straws get soggy and unusable in a short time."
