"I have been eating the same Chinese order since I was 10, Singapore Mei fun, (rice noodles, curry, chicken, shrimp and pork.) Not all restaurants can it make it properly. That's how I judge Chinese food. China Spring did it to perfection with the right amount of curry and spice. They didn't skimp on the shrimp. The shrimp egg roll was not too greasy. I see why they have a steady flow of customers. The food is delicious and now the best in town for me."
