"very trifling!!! i was ordering my sandwich and when i said i didn’t want something on my sandwich they took it off and threw it back in the container for the next customer which was disgusting. i asked her why did she do that instead of throw it out she laughed and said oh it’s ok… they should have discarded the food i declined on my sandwich. never going back"

"I ordered two foot long online with specific instructions for each sandwich. The owner was still preparing the sandwiches when I arrived. Did not cut sandwiches as I described. Ok, no big deal. I asked him to wrap separately. His nasty response was why when you bough two footings? I asked him if using an extra piece of paper would hurt or would I be charged for it? I have never had any subway having a problem with wrapping a sandwich separately. As I walked out he mumbled a curse word under his breath not realizing I’m the same descent as him. I will not patronize this place, will advise friends and customers to stay away. At a time when food is at a all time high in prices, there’s too many options to be treated poorly"

"Staff was Rude to the lady behind me. She clearly was just having a hard time hearing or understanding the gentleman making her tuna sub. She could have had her dignity respected without being made to feel like she was a mother for simply ordering a sub from your establishment."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Iv been to 3686 Bell Rd location a few times over the yrs and the staff(men & women)95% of time r rude..they r sooo stingy with the food that it's pathetic, it's like they count the spinach which is 3 on a half sandwich. Went there recently 2023yr my gut feeln tells me to go to another one but I didn't, I askd rude employee man if they hve meatballs for a meatball pizza sandwich which it's no longer on the menu but u can still order..Mr., rude man didn't answer he went to back brought out a round pizza I said no not that, he said VERY rudely, u said PIZZA!! ..(I told him don't worry about it I knew I should've come here, and as I was leavn he said good leave, something like that he said..I told him yall r ALWAYS rude anyway) I will never again go back to that location! If he had let me finish askn my question b4 headn to back for round pizza he would hve known what I was tryn to order!!!"
