"Traditional Irish bar owned and ran by long term Nashville musicians out in Donelson and wherever you are in the area it's absolutely worth the drive. Step inside to a plethora of wood and a beautiful wrap around bar. Live Irish music plays nearly every night downstairs. Up stairs is open seating for the Turks lounge which itself is worth the trip. Great beers on tap Guinness and Smithwicks being my standouts. You can also get a delicious pot of Irish tea served in a nice ceramic teapot. Food wise the Shepard pie, Guinness pie, and Irish stew do battle to satisfy your cravings for a meaty savory comforting dish especially when it's cold out. The ribeye sandwich is delectable for lunch but the chicken sandwich is a strong choice too. Don't sleep on the spinach dip served with little potato latkes. The full Irish breakfast is also available and while not my thing it sure looks impressive coming out of the kitchen. My only complaint about this fantastic pub is they are not open late or on Sundays! 9pm and I'd Still love a tullamore dew. However when you can get in the door find a table or seat at the bar its a top tier experience in Nashville."

"This is such an awesome restaurant! When we drove by, it looked pretty busy, but gave it at try anyways. Luckily, the building is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and we were able to be seated right away. The menu is pretty comprehensive with a great selection of Irish dishes. Everything was amazing and we were so stuffed by the time we left! If we’re in the area again, we will surely stop by!"

"This place was nice. I had tried to take my mother here before on a Saturday night and that was a bit hectic for her. We tried Thursday lunch time. The atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered the lunch corned beef and cabbage with a side of Irish potato soup. My mother got the chicken curry over mashed potatoes. The service was good. Our waiter was prompt, not pushy, but kept coming over and taking care of waters. The food came out pretty fast, maybe 10 minutes to wait. Corned beef was good enough to eat without adding pepper or salt. The cabbage was a dull flavor and not over powering, which was nice. We ended up getting the bread pudding and it was awesome. Great portion for two. All in all I would recommend. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The service was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Would like to try again when they have a live band in there."

"The food was ahhhhmazing. Traditional cooking, flavorful…you’ll need to get creative to light your table to see the menu (that was part of the fun…one table put a phone flashlight upside down in a glass and created a beautiful aura). It was a fun-filled memorable experience shared over great food. The dessert will make you want to put aside your resolutions for a moment"
