Sonic Drive-In

"Went for strawberry cheesecakes shakes. The cherries tasted like alcohol and were soft (going bad) and the strawberry syrup I assume that's what it was was salty and sour and tastes like throw up. Most of my was fine until the bottom and I just couldn't. My husband drank a quarter of his and hit is and about threw up and threw the whole thing out. Somebody needs to check ingredients or check the walk in because that was disgusting!!"

"Went through today because I only had a min to stop and grab a drink and a snack. Ordered 2 Cherry Limeade Slushies and a order of cheddar peppers. Got the order and rolled to the next job site. When My wife said her drink had something in it We removed the lids to find that both drinks had food in them.... Food.. looked like French fries and maybe part of a burger. It was truly disgusting and completely ruined going back anymore. As a family of 7 who normally eats Sonic... that ended that. For it to be in both drinks made it clear it was done intentionally. I will be calling after this post. Please be aware of what You eat.. this looks like chewed up food and was a very bad experience."

"We got to Nashville after our trip to Pigeon Forge so that we could get to our hotel before flying out back to Iowa and we decided that we would stop at Sonic as we couldn't find another place that we were all agreeable to eat. We pulled up and were able to look at the menu and take our time picking out what we want to do before we had to order and once we were ready to order we could just push the red button and they would come on and take our order. Food with her very quick and it was nice and hot and fresh and there is more than plenty of food per meal. The only recommendation I would make it this restaurant is that they fix their bathroom. It was very, very dirty and is in a less than desirable location."

"I really hope your management sees this, because this is a problem that needs to be fixed. The people taking your orders need to take the time to listen to what is being said to them during an order. If there is too much on them and they can't dedicate the time to taking an order properly, it's going to cause extra delays in getting the right food to people. Take the extra few seconds, get the order right, and understand that efficiency is a necessary partner to speed. I don't know if you need to shift responsibilities to provide someone who is dedicated to taking orders, but that is an area that definitely needs improvement."
