"I’m so happy I went with Hiller for my HVAC installation. Project Mgr. James Thomason is awesome and went over and beyond to make sure I went with Hiller. He did a manual calculation of my home’s size to get the accurate size units required, instead of replacing them based off the size of the current units. None of the other four companies I had estimates from did that. His calculation showed I needed a 3 ton split system instead of the 2.5 ton unit. Thanks for pointing that out and for following up after the estimate. That follow up sealed the deal for me to choose Hiller. He presented a company that wanted my business and wanted to work with me. He took care of everything and set up installation. Again the communication was outstanding. Texts, phone calls and emails, making sure everything was communicated. The installation technicians Alex, Will and Drew were very knowledgeable and kind. Will explained the new WiFi thermostats as well as providing measurements for the filters. Alex explained the safety features on the upstairs split unit. He also took time to find the old drain plugs outside from the old unit. Drew made sure everything was vacuumed and cleaned up. They all reiterated to reach out for any questions or concerns.
