"I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through to place an order with only one car in front of me. Once I received my order, it was not correct. I then went inside of the store and waited five minutes for someone to come to the register. I then waited another five minutes to receive My whopper. Horrible experience!"
"Just visited the drive-thru this am and ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant, plain croissant and 2 small hash browns. Upon returning home to discover the plain was extremely plain (bread only). Be sure to check your order!! Also Dining room was dirty! Cheeseburger was microwaved, fries over salted! Manager, I assume asked if everything was okay as we were leaving! I stated that I couldn't eat my Cheeseburger because it was microwaved and bun was tough! He said we don't microwave them, not true as I have worked for bk in the past ! Offered to replace it, no thanks! And clean your dining room, it's nasty!"
"Super nice staff! They donated crowns for our vacation Bible school although they did not have many, they gave us the 60 we needed! We grabbed a snack while waiting and the fries were yummy and kids burger was perfect! Thank you for accommodating us!!"
