"The only good service I’ve had here has been from the managers. The food is fine; I like it more than the rest of my family does but we get it fairly often because I live in Lenox. But seriously the teens they hire are terrible and have no personality. I used to leave fat tips just in hopes of getting a response of any kind, but no they just stared off into space and didn’t return my exiting salutations. Now I just get my food and leave. Also they’re not good at handling the line. One worker will be doing everything while another stares at the wall and there are people all the way to the door. It’s like someone made them take the job or something. Hope it gets better"
