"We ordered 2 spicy chicken combos with one large fry and a substituted strawberry milkshake! Food quality: The quality and presentation of the food could have been better the fries were a bit soggy. the burger was okay, just not wholly presentable. The milkshake was good. Order accuracy: We did not get the fries that was in the ordered combo, along with some condiments that were requested at the time of ordering. Resolution: The staff were very friendly in addressing the issues to resolve the matters. This was my first visit and I would return."

"Drove thru today about 2:00pm got home to find that they gave me the wrong order on top of it all they tried to charge me for a combo meal I only order boneless chicken sweet and spicy. Took forever to get order the girl was not at the drive thru window people just looked at me do finally I paid to get home and it was the wrong item. I can't eat buffalo chicken I just had surgery. Called talked to the mgr Iris she was not pleasant it took three people to ask me and get her for me. The mgr finally came up and then proceeded to argue with me on my order. I will not be back I did get a refund but had to drive 45 mins after having surgery to get refund iris never offered any compensation or anything. I will not be back."

"Have gone once for breakfast and once for dinner. Enjoyed the chicken biscuit, but thought the chicken was a little small. The gravy and biscuit had a good flavor. The tater tots were nice and crispy. The BLT tasted good, but the toast was soft, not crisp. We had the Southern Bacon Burger with onion rings and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries. The burger had a nice flavor moist, but didn't have much barbecue flavor. Onion rings were crisp. The Spicy Chicken sandwich were hot and crispy with a nice spicy flavor kick. The fries needed to cook a few more minutes. They were not fresh, barely warm."

"Honestly, because this is a new location and I've been in food service, I tried to give some grace. However, my family has been to this location multiple times since opening and overall have had maybe 1 okay time of it. This morning, I stopped to give breakfast a try. The line wasn't as slow as usual so points for that but the intercom is impossible to hear/understand. The service is mediocre at best, no one ever smiles in the drive through and several of the team members I've come in contact with are so uninterested. The cashier this morning asked for my money but said nothing else. Blank stares all around this place. And the food was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a biscuit and gravy meal. The biscuit was hard/small, the gravy was basically soup that completely drowned the biscuit into mush, and the hash browns left a greasy aftertaste. 0/10 would recommend."
