"We were returning customers has spent well over $4000 yo repair the timing change. Today We called and let them know we would be coming today to get something repaired. Well some stupid woman forgot to pass the message. We drove from 65 miles away only get there to know there’s no loaner car available, we have to come back next week. This is such an irresponsible manner on their part. We are extremely disappointed in this unprofessional service."

"We have an Audi and ever since the dealer told us they had no availability for 3 months, we have been taking the car to EuroFix for everything....maintenance and repairs. They recently had to replace the coolant expansion tan k, radiator fan assembly and leak detection pump. They did it in a few days since some parts were not available locally. We got the car back and started getting the low coolant warning again a few days later. I called EuroFix and they asked a few questions to see what was going on. They towed the car back to prevent any further damage and really struggled to find the leak. They tested to car for days until the leak finally showed itself.... the hose to the expansion tank was leaking, but only under full load, a 6+ hour pressure test couldn't get it to leak. They repaired it and got us the car back. We feel like they truly cared and worked hard to find the cause. They also had given us a loaner so we wouldn't be without a car for long. I would not hesitate to trust them with any of our cars and am extremely thankful for them taking good care of us. Easily one of the best mechanic experiences ever."

"this place tried to pull the "rates dependent on the job" scam If any car repair shop tells you this instead of the actual answer, understand they are trying to take advantage of you! ALWAYS ask what the hourly rate is because i promise you on any invoice, you will see a rate being charged! unless the prices are already listed firm on their site for the job, do not accept "rates depend on the job" for an answer!"

"Horrible experience! Do not take your car here. We took a car in for preventive maintenance. We picked the car up and the car smoked and would not run. They attempted to fix the car a few more times but the issues only got worse. The manager Dean made promises to repair certain items and then couldn’t honor those commitments. The entire management over Eurofix is poorly managed and embarrassing. They will not return calls and you’re unable to speak to a live person. You get a voicemail box and no return call. We ended up having to sell the car because the damages were beyond repair. I’ve never had such horrible service getting a car repaired. I also never leave reviews but I don’t want anyone else to experience the mess we did."
