"Went through the drive thru tonight. Came home and 1/2 the order was missing. Went back and the staff wouldn’t give me the rest of my order or money back. Customer service has really gone down hill. Thanks for stealing my money Taco Bell !"

"Today we arrived at Taco Bell to a hoist that is unable to take our order but has the ability to show us how to use there machine to place our own order. If we are paying an employee why is the customer having to learn to place their own order. Then to top it off customer wanted to pay cash and the employees acted as if cash was extinct and they couldn’t count. I will not spend my money at Taco Bell… I have never saw a box of crayons so DULL"

"Never fails when i go through the drive thru and order they get my order wrong. I cant eat sour cream but always order no sour cream and they always have it on my tacos when i get home. It does no good to call because i am not running back out. All i ask is that you higher people that can take an order and read the order to fix it right. Not happy once again."

"I love their hard shell tacos. However, I'm always astounded at how expensive they are and how the actual product looks NOTHING like the colorful picture plastered on the windows. Very hard to taste the taco meat because there is only a spoonful on the taco. And to get 4 or 5 small cubes of tomatoes added, you're out of 50-60 cents extra!"
