"I went to the store on December 16th. The register shut down. After, I scanned my card and selected to print my receipt. There was an assistant manager checking me out. She called the help desk. However, they did not believe that the money would come out of my account. The assistant manager grabbed the items and stated I have the clothes.i felt like I was being accused of stealing. In actuality the have stolen from me. Due to it was a gift,I had to purchase again. The male store manager was nice about the situation. He also tried several times requesting my refund. Bealls has yet to deposit my money back to my account. I think I have been more than patient waiting on my money."

"Sooo I went in here the first time yesterday, I really liked the items they carried and at really affordable prices. I did go to check out and a lady was helping someone else with their return… in which she was taking forever. I saw another lady finishing checking somebody else out so I went to her register. She’s gonna tell me that the other lady will help me when she’s done. So I stood there for a little while but ended up tossing my item on their counter and walked out because I only had one thing and lady could have checked me out instead of making me wait. Customer service was lackluster but one friendly worker who asked if I needed help…. However, I do like some of the stuff they carry so I may be back when I have time since you probably will be waiting awhile even if you’re the only customer. Instead I went to TJ Maxx next door and they checked me out very fast in the midst of there being many many customers in line."
