"Amber and lavender were amazing. They ran this restaurant all by themselves, got my order perfect and most importantly impressed my 3-year-old. Amber went out of her way to ask my 3-year-old if she wanted whipped cream and then put a heart shape on the waffle it's those kind of touches of customer service that really make a big difference. Next time we come I really hope these two are running the show again!!!"

"The current Store manager (female) is unprofessional. Sanitary protocols are not being followed and most of the employees are using their phones while handling food. Kudos To the guy/greater who's at the door!!!"

"This place sucks. We have been waiting for our drinks for 15 minutes.. and now our food is coming out before we even got our drinks. The lady cooking has hair EVERYWHERE… do they not believe in hair nets here. This is a food service. Also not to mention… there are two workers just standing around. Put them to work? If your servers can’t keep up… why pay someone to just stand around. Not to mention, the cook (with her hair everywhere) was yelling at customers not sit down until a table is cleaned off when one of her other workers just told them to sit down. This place is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a starving homeless. Shut it down."

"Super experience! It's been a minute, but the food, service and atmosphere was great! My first time seeing, walk up windows at a Waffle House! It was difficult to understand how to get to the actual place because it was located in a very awkward spot."

"I wish I could give them zero stars. Please see the photos. Waffles are burnt. Toast was not toasted at all. Hashbrowns were supposed to be well, were barely cooked. They gave us the end piece of the loaf for a sandwich. Eggs well done instead of over light on my sandwich. I cooked new eggs myself at home. We had to cook the hashbrowns and toast the bread also. Less than one piece of bacon for a Bacon egg and cheese sandwich which is supposed to have three pieces. They didn’t give us the coffee we ordered. The place was FILTHY. They had almost no customers at all and no one was cleaning. They just left the tables dirty, so no one could even sit down. AND they charged us for the containers and gratuity. We knew we’d be paying gratuity, but when did they start charging five dollars for boxes? We ordered two Allstars and they put the orders in ONE BOX!! They didn’t give us the bacon for the allstars. We ordered four meals and they only gave us three silverware. This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to."
