"Around 9:30pm they tell all delivery drivers there’s a 30min wait on chicken(or they’ll use any excuse), so they don’t have to make mobile orders before they close at 10pm lol. My mobile order didn’t have chicken on it and she said “It just came through my screen”, but that’s not how UberEats works sweetheart. You get time to prepare the orders, plus extra time when they dispatch a driver to the location. They always have an excuse to not fulfill orders lol Get it together or turn the tablet off. Y’all are wasting drivers and customers time with the nonsense. If your a customer call support and tell them the restaurant is closed to get a refund. They don’t answer the phones anyway, so Uber/DoorDash support will reimburse you if they can’t get in contact with the merchant."

"Our favorite of any national chain serving up hot,crunchy, spicy freshly fried chicken! The mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect! They also have a creamy mayonnaise based crispy cole slaw! Flavorful biscuits. Special thanks to the professional hard working staff, management and owner!"

"Truly the worst experience I've had in some time at a fast food restaurant. The person taking orders was struggling as if she was high, it took almost an hour to get to the window and then my order was wrong. I should have drove off like so many others were doing. I asked for a refund and that took another ten minutes because no one knew how to put the money back on my credit card. Stay away from this store, it very poorly ran and managed, very Ghetto inside and out. I wish that I could give zero stars."

"If I could give this location less than 1 star, I would. Every employee we’ve encountered has been extremely rude. We’ve been nothing but kind and respectful as we go through the drive through, knowing how service workers are often treated, and EVERY time we are treated rudely and unkindly. This last time pushed us over the edge. We ordered from Uber eats. Our drive was great. When the order arrived they had trashed it. The containers were spilled. Nothing has the proper lids, and the order was wrong. We will never do business with this restaurant again."
