"The past 2 times I've been to this location, I observed them not cooking the food properly made my burger and put in the microwave to warm up or cook. Second time I came in they served me half a meal with freezer burnt chicken strips. Definitely need to do better at this location, proper food prep is the key"

"This Dairy Queen has struggled as other businesses with staffing and challenging turn into and out of traffic. However, in the last month, I have noticed they invested in making this the safe, inviting place individuals and families remember. They have painted and spotless dining area. This past Sunday I called about an ice cream cake. The young man was busy but courteous. Rather than lose my business by being abrupt, he invited me to come in and look at the ice cream cakes. When I got there I questioned if he was the manager/franchise owner because he was so professional, courteous and customer service focused. I complimented them on all the work they have done. He smiled SO big and said they wanted to do it for their customers. Recently, I have noticed more courteous employees, your order is accurate and fast service at the drive through window. My only problem is trying to stay away from this Dairy Queen and their delicious ice cream treats!"

"They were so great. Walked in to get a last min cake for my niece and nephews birthday! My niece has a red dye allergy ( in case you were wondering, it's in everything) The assistant manager saw me, came over to help, and once I stated I would scrape the decoration off my nieces piece she offered to make me a cake decorated with white icing and some chocolate! Amazing service. I knew I was shopping last min and was willing to get what they had but Amber knocked it out of the park."

"Went into this Dairy Queen one evening after my sons football practice and had the best experience. The managers name is Ben and he ran a fantastic restaurant. He led his team by example and the kids he had working for him were courteous, had great attitudes and were super respectful. The bathrooms were clean and the food was pipping hot. This definitely felt like a family restaurant and we will back soon. Thanks Ben for such a great dining experience. You rock!!!"

"Asked for 2 large cups of ice cream. Thinking soda cups. She sold me 2 large sundaes with no toppings, instead of just charging for large cones in a cup. Been going to this location for 13 years, never had an issue, always got the soda cups. At least the shake was good."
