"I’m going to give them 1’s across the board. I ordered food for my staff, and we were all disappointed. They got our order wrong, and multiple items were missing. The lady at the counter had horrible customer service. She brought me two drinks from the back that were HOT. Yes, hot. Not room temperature. It felt like they were sitting on top of some type of cook top. I asked did they have any cold. She simply replied, nope. I asked for ice. She rung up the ice. I did not pay because I feel like no establishment should serve hot koolaid! She should tried to accommodate the customer. Hopefully, you take this comment into consideration."

"Now usually, my food is Fye!! I mostly get the catfish plate. And it fresh but tonight there was a lot of people and I just got off work from a 12 hour shift. So I got the whiting, not only wasn’t it hot, but it was old fish. And I just wasted 15 dollars. Like cmon y’all, why u had to do me like this. Not okay! I just tried calling before I left this review and was hopefully gonna speak to someone but to no avail. Never again. Have a blessed night everyone!"

"We ordered from the new location in midtown foods and loved it. we got boneless bbq And hot lemon pepper and strikeout flavor, the chicken was very tender. I do wish my chicken was hotter, but it tasted amazing"

"Food was just okay. Nothing memorable! The staff was all a bunch of bump on logs with no personality or enthusiasm. The guy that took our order barely said 10 words to us. They charge for everything... and I mean everything, including a cup of dirty tap water!"

"Love strikeout! We’re wing obsessed and this place has the best wings in Nashville imo. Faves are sweet and sassy and lemon pepper. These are crispy without being dry and flavorful without being drenched in sauce. We even took our friends here when they visited from the UK and they loved these wings so much they requested to get them again the night before they flew home. 10/10."
