"I express my deep concern about my recent experience at the Taco Bell on Dickerson Pike. Upon placing my order and proceeding to the payment window, I observed that the attendant had unclean hands and fingernails. Consequently, I decided not to consume the food and discarded it. The lack of proper hygiene at the initial point of contact raises apprehensions about the overall cleanliness standards maintained by the establishment. I am truly disappointed by this experience."

"I have went to this location more times than I can count, it’s four minutes from my house….and every. single. time. They mess up the order or forget half of it. I’ve had it delivered and it’s not different. I have no idea what goes on at this location at night time but it’s awful. I drive 20 mins away to the other location because this one is so terrible. And I NEVER leave reviews for places but this place is actual garbage."

"I've gotten to know a few of the staff so they greet me by name now and usually the food is on point but there has been a few occasions where it was either made wrong or very skimpy !! But in those cases they have had no problem correcting the issue !! It's a nice clean store with great customer I eat here sometimes twice a week !!"

"Worst tacos ever!!! I went to the drive threw and he asked me to circle back around so that it didnt affect his time because they were behind. Not only did I have to wait on my food but that put me to the back of the line so I had to wait on everyone else too. I finally got home and every taco was broke into pieces, stale and cold. Be aware and check your food before leaving."
