"Since moving to Hermitage in 2021, there was nothing more that I wanted than to be able to walk to a coffee shop from my house. When Flour Your Dreams opened, I was SO excited for that dream to come true! And it’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a delicious bakery! The owners and their staff are so kind, their menu switches up here and there to keep things exciting, and they support other small business while killing it themselves. What a truly wonderful gift to our community."

"Where do I start? Bread- don’t leave without some. Even if you don’t need it. Slice it and freeze it. Thaw it one slice at a time- you won’t regret it. Pastries & cookies. You literally can’t go wrong. Get whatever you think you can eat. **PRO TIP** Better yet get several and share with friends. That way you can have several bites of everything. Lots of local goodies available. You can even order online if you’re in a rush. If you have some time bring your laptop and stay awhile. I wish I had more pictures to share but we usually consume our goods too quick."

"First time here and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were kind and friendly which I very much appreciate! There were a few comfy chairs for seating. The seasonal beverage, "mint to be," was just what I was looking for. I will have to try some food next time! :)"

"I’m in Nashville again and you all know what that means! I had to pop in and get some catfish for lunch at my regular catfish hole on Percy Priest lake. After lunch I thought I might like a sweet so I decided to go to that pink ice cream place and grab me a chocolate cone Driving down Dodson Chapel Road I noticed a new business in the corner shopping center. The word BAKERY called to me so I turned around and went back to check it out. I am so glad I did. The Flour Your Dreams Bakery and Café is new to the area. It is locally owned and operated and it is obvious the owners take great pride in their business. The store is immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. I’m sorry to say I did not really look at the café menu because I was so enthralled by the fresh bakery goods in the case. I sure didn’t need all the sweets, but they all looked so good it was hard to decide what to get. So I bought four. I got a lemon, blueberry muffin, a piece of chocolate chip pumpkin bread, a chocolate espresso cookie and a slice of the smoothest looking chocolate torte I’ve ever seen. I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before the pumpkin bread was gone and I had tasted the lemon blueberry muffin and the chocolate espresso cookie. Exquisite! I’m very glad they’ve moved into this area. Every time I visit Nashville this is going to be my go-to for my sweets!"

"Absolutely delicious! I am scone obsessed and these are some of the best scones I have ever had. Good texture and moisture level. Perfect! Bread is delicious as well! Sourdough pictured. Staff very friendly and welcoming. So glad they are in my neighborhood!"
