"Harrison clearly holds a high level of care and quality for his products. I got the Earl Grey milk tea with lychee jelly, and it is out of this world. Best milk tea I've had in years. My partner got a Taro milk tea with boba and enjoys it very much. The boba is incredibly fresh, soft, and the right kind of chewy. "The service was excellent! Each member of the team was ultra accommodating and quick to answer questions and happily at that. They freshly brew tea by hour and orders are taken on devices where you can specify ALL you want. I’ve had many boba experiences where I asked for something and it was dropped and the experience felt like a waste. But not here! There’s even a little space where you can leave a special request to the bobaristas- part of my message was cut off of the printed receipt so the worker asked to confirm my meaning. Excellent, excellent service. I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea (25% sweetness, light ice, w/tapioca pearls, extra brown sugar) and a Thai Milk Tea (50% sweetness, light ice, w/tapioca pearls). They both tasted lovely! ALSO The drink automatically includes one free topping---> so none of that sad boba-less milk tea which I've had one too many times. So happy to have a TASTY Boba place in town."
