Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They fill up the bowl which is super nice. They have really nice workers as well! only complaint is that they are always out of chips. Super inconvenient if you mobile order and have to contact chipotle for the refund"

"Came to this location because it is convenient to me and they usually have okay service. Tonight was the night I’ve decided I will not be returning as a customer. I felt very unwelcome and rushed towards the end of making my order. The second lady fixing my bowl was not considerate of me telling her to add light green sauce and a little more sour cream, she did whatever sized portion she wanted. To top it off the guy training the new employee on the register was very rude to me. Not only did he make it uncomfortable for me rushing the new employee to type in orders before previous customers could even swipe their card to pay for their meal, I bet it made the new employee uncomfortable as well because I could tell she felt rushed. I redeemed points for a free fountain drink. I scanned the code before I paid for my meal & I also alerted the cashier that I had a code. I pay for my meal and they hand me my food but not my drink cup. I let the guy training the new employee know & he stares at me then proceeds to check my receipt that they kept and never gave to me and very rudely tells me that it didn’t ring up and that I didn’t notify anyone of a code (which I did) so they’re not obligated to give me a cup. Before I could say anything else he brushes me off & starts checking out the next customer. After that they rung me up again to use my code but refused to give me the correct size cup my code qualified for. He tried to tell me that was the regular size as if it was my first time at Chipotle. If I wanted a FREE water cup I would’ve asked for that instead wasting my points. The guy was lightskin, about 6ft, and wears glasses. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning to this location. New staff and trainers needed asap."

"Went on a Sunday at 1 pm. They were out of lettuce, Guacamole and fajita veggies. They ran out of white rice and black beans while we were in line. The worker waited till she had scraped the last bit of white rice for the person in front of me to ask the back if they had any more rice. The person in back said they did, but would have to make it. Why did she not let them know in advance that she was running low? Same thing with the black beans, they ran out, and she asked the back if they had any. The guy in the back had to think and then found some. The chips were stale. The bathrooms smelled like a sewer, i gagged. My friend told me they were out of lettuce Saturday as well. How is that possible?!"

"This was my first time visiting this location due to 21st telling me they were only taking mobile orders. But this location exceeded my expectations by far compared to all the other locations. Stella was super friendly and made my order perfect just how I like it! And Jorge the cashier was super friendly and helpful as well! My order was super fresh and the dining room was spotless! This will definitely be my home location from this point onwards. Great workers and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend over the Vanderbilt location any day hands down"

"Good food! The door was locked when I arrived. It was 10:45 and I don’t think they opened until 11, however they let me in. The door was fresh and the lady was nice."
